After a days-long search and investigation, 3-year old Noah Clare and his 16-year old sister Amber were found safe and sound in San Clemente, TN after being taken in Gallatin by their father, Jake Clare.
The TBI hasn't released any further information at this time, but we're so thankful that this story ends with the kids being safe and ultimately returned home!
