Adele stunned the music world last week when she announced she'd have to postpone her Las Vegas residency indefinitely due to "delivery delays" and COVID issues within her camp. While reports have since surfaced that disagreements with the production team may have led to those delays, it's clear that Adele feels awful for the fans who dropped thousands of dollars on those tickets.
Some were even already in Vegas with tickets to her first set of shows. So she found their contact info and FaceTimed them.
A fan named Dominic shared one of those FaceTime experiences over Instagram.
She's been personally apologizing and offering fans free merchandise and a meet-and-greet when her residency does eventually kick off.
No matter the reason for the delays, this is a pretty cool gesture for one of the biggest artists in the world to FaceTime her fans to apologize.
