Ever found something gross in an old piece of furniture? Bet this couple in Ireland has you beat. A New York Post article tells of 28-year old Jess Taylor, who bought a used couch after their dog had ruined the last one.
So, after buying one, things were fine until they lost their remote in the couch cushions (haven't we all?) And when they dug their hand down between the cushions, they came out with a handful of FINGERNAIL CLIPPINGS.
After taking all of the cushions off, they discovered thousands upon thousands of old fingernail clippings.
AND THEY KEPT THE COUCH!!
In the article, they say that vacuuming up all the nail clippings sounded like picking up uncooked rice, but that everything else has been fine.
Can you imagine!?!? I think I would've burned it and never bought anything online ever again.
