It's always a good idea to make sure your house is pristine and photogenic before putting it on the market. Cluttered walls, messy rooms, and ugly exteriors are surefire ways to make homebuyers skip over your listing.
Oh, it's probably a good idea to take your sort of questionable bedroom decor out of the shots as well.
A real estate listing in Onalaska, Wisconsin is going viral, not for it's price tag, but it's decorative choices. The Twitter account @Zillowgonewild posted the shots of a beautiful ranch in a nice wooded area. It's not the house itself that's getting people's attention, however. It's the strategically placed "Welcome to POUNDTOWN" sign.
Yep, right there (in an otherwise really well-kept and modern looking bedroom) is a large sign right above the bed, letting all future homebuyers know that yes, indeed, the bedroom is used for bedroom things.
As you can imagine, Twitter is having a delightful time with this one.
What's the weirdest thing you've seen in a Real Estate listing? This one has to be up there near the top. But if you feel like living in Poundtown, Wisconsin, the house is on the market for $420,000.
