You obviously remember Mayor Megan Barry admitting to an extra-marital affair with her head of security, Sgt. Rob Forrest...
Well now, the wife of Sgt. Rob Forrest has FILED for divorce after his affair with his boss, the Mayor!
I honestly feel so awful for this woman... she has to deal with such a personal issue, SO PUBLICLY.. so for her safety and sanity, I refuse to publish her name or any more information about her!
But obviously, we pretty much all saw this coming..
The divorce complaint also includes a temporary injunction.
Sgt. Rob Forrest attorney's have issued a statement regarding the divorce:
"Mr. Forrest is aware he will shortly be served with divorce papers. He deeply regrets that his conduct will cost him his marriage. Given the intensely personal nature of a divorce, Mr. Forrest asks for privacy for his family at this difficult time. Mr. Forrest and I will have no further statement."
