Not even gonna lie, I was a little bit heartbroken when the 'Roseanne' reboot on ABC was CANCELLED, but it totally makes sense why!
Remember all of the drama with Roseanne Barr's racist tweets, then the network cancelling the show?
WELL, it looks like ABC is creating a spin-off series called "The Connors" which is essentially 'Roseanne' just without Roseanne!

ABC will be airing a 10-episode series, The Conners, that will follow “the Conner family who, after a sudden turn of events, are forced to face the daily struggles of life in Lanford in a way they never have before.”
The synopsis continued, “This iconic family – Dan, Jackie, Darlene, Becky and D.J. – grapples with parenthood, dating, an unexpected pregnancy, financial pressures, aging and in-laws in working-class America. Through it all, the fights, the coupon cutting, the hand-me-downs, the breakdowns – with love, humor and perseverance, the family prevails.”
I'm actually surprised by a lot of fan reactions to the news!
