Do you even remember EVER getting on a flight && not eating peanuts.... like how am I supposed to survive a flight without them haha they're a part of my culture and DNA at this point.
Apparently Southwest Airlines is now getting rid of Peanuts on ALL OF THEIR FLIGHTS...
WHY DO YOU HATE ME SOUTHWEST.
Southwest Airlines will stop offering peanuts on all flights as of August 1 "to ensure the best on-board experience for everyone, especially for customers with peanut-related allergies," the airline said in a statement.
I mean... it makes sense haha a bazillion people have peanut allergies and being stuck in a confined space with peanuts and the aroma suffocating you is probably not best for your allergies.
Not to worry. Southwest fans will still get free snacks.
Depending on the length of your flight, the airline will continue to offer some of the following snacks: pretzels, different kinds of cookies, veggie chips and corn chips.
