I cannot comprehend WHY people are doing this!
I was coming home from Mount Juliet the other day and actually saw these four-wheelers SPEEDING and driving insane down I-40 into Nashville!
I was driving, so of course I couldn't take a video, but then an East Nashville resident actually saw them too, but this time doing tricks and everything else!
Apparently as of July, they are allowed on the road where the speed limit is 40MPH and under.. **the interstate is definitely not in that category**
