Get out the biggest trash bag you got and throw away all of those old VHS tapes you have hidden in the closet because apparently Disney is launching it's very own streaming service where you'll be able to watch EVERY. SINGLE. DISNEY. MOVIE!!
Disney CEO, Bob Ige,r announced the company will open its vault and have their library of motion pictures on its forthcoming streaming service, Disney Plus -- reported by Polygon!
In an interview, Disney CEO stated:
The service, which I mentioned earlier is going to launch later in the year, is going to combine what we call library product, movies, and television, with a lot of original product as well, movies and television. And at some point fairly soon after launch, it will house the entire Disney motion picture library, so the movies that you speak of that traditionally have been kept in a vault and brought out basically every few years will be on the service
Dumbo, Snow White, Frozen, Zootopia, Little Mermaid --- ALL OF THEM ON THIS STREAMING SERVICE!
For all of my friends that OBSESS over Star Wars -- a live-action Star Wars series will also air on the platform.
When Bob Iger says it's going to contain all of the Disney movies, he means ALL of them -- old & new! Like even all of the movies they're releasing this year -- like Captain Marvel, will also be on the service!
Disney Plus is expected to launch by the end of 2019.
