Well this is one of the most interesting stories I've read in a really long time LOL
The federal government is willing to pay you up to $1,000 to adopt an untrained wild horse from the Bureau of Land Management.
Apparently there is just an enormous amount of untrained horses gallivanting around LOL The goal of the program is to reduce the bureau's costs to care for the unadopted and untrained wild horses
Under this program, adopters are eligible to receive:
- $500 within 60 days of adoption of an untrained wild horse and burro
- $500 within 60 days of titling the animal
I thought about getting one because it seems like a pretty quick way to get $1,000... but where in the world would I keep it?! LOL
