Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition just made HISTORY by including a model wearing a hijab and burkini for the shoot!
Halima Aden, 21-year-old former Miss Minnesota USA, is making her mark on the highly anticipated annul issue this year as she will be the first model in history to wear a hijab and burkini for the shoot!
In addition to her significant outfits, Halima also had the shoot in a very special place.. KENYA! She was actually born in Kenya into a refugee camp and there until she was 7 years old!
