Here's Everything JLO Eats In A Day!

After the Super Bowl, EVERYONE has to be thinking "What in the world does JLO eat everyday?!" I mean, have you seen 50 ever look so good?! She's actual goals!

Apparently this is what JLO eats on a regular day!

Breakfast: Protein shake made with berries, Greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon and ice; OR oatmeal with berries

Lunch: Salmon salad with zucchini, bell peppers, broccoli, and a drizzle of vinaigrette

Snacks: Handful of nuts, fresh fruit and veggies

Dinner: Lean protein like chicken breast, veggies, and a complex carb like brown rice or sweet potatoes

Another question that popped into my head after reading this -- does she cook or does she have a chef to make all of this?!
