A TV reporter in Florida is thanking a concerned viewer who noticed an off lump on her neck and let her know via email, she should go get it checked out!
It all started when a viewer of WFLA Tampa spotted a suspicious lump and emailed reporter, Victoria Price, to tell her to go have her thyroid checked.
Apparently the viewer previously had the same lump on her neck and was diagnosed with cancer. It turns out, the viewer was spot on. Victoria Price was diagnosed with dancer and will be having surgery to remove the tumor and she would have never known to call her doctor if it weren't for that email!
With everything going on in the world, Price says that as a journalist, she’s been working nonstop since the pandemic began and that her own health was the “farthest thing” from her mind
Victoria Price went on to say;
I will forever be thankful to the woman who went out of her way to email me, a total stranger. She had zero obligation to, but she did anyway.
