The pandemic has changed the way we do a lot of things. One being the way we look at our jobs.
People are quitting their jobs at record levels. In April alone, 4 million people quit their jobs. Most of them said it was because their job just wasn't paying them enough so they left for a higher paying job. Others said they needed to find something they found more fulfilling.
Quitting isn't the only number soaring. Job openings have reached 9.3 million, which is also a new record for the U.S.
It seems the last year has made people re-evaluate their careers and personal lives and now we're seeing the aftermath.
