Candance Parker will grace this year's cover of the video game NBA2K '22 25th Anniversary Special Edition.
Parker plays for the Chicago Blue Sky WNBA team and in college she played for the Volunteers at University of Tennessee. She is a six-time WNBA All-Star, two-time WNBA MVP, and 2016 WNBA Finals MVP so it's safe to say she deserves this spot.
She will be the first woman to ever have her picture on the cover of the game since its inception in 1999. It's about time! It's wild that it took this long, especially since they typically come out with more than one cover with every new game.
