Sam Adams Has A New Beer That's Illegal In 15 States

Sam Adams has announced a new beer and it's so strong that 15 states won't allow it to be sold.

The beer is the 12th part of the Utopias brand, which is rolled out every two years. It will have a 28% alcohol by volume per 25.4-ounce bottle. This makes it illegal in 15 states like: Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont and West Virginia.
