The housing market has gotten way out of hand. Most people wouldn't be able to buy the house they live in if it were to go on the market, which is pretty wild to think about. You know what's even more wild? The fact a burned down house in Massachusetts is currently for sale for $400k.
That's right, a three-bedroom house that burned down back in August is now selling for an insane amount of money.
The fire blew out the front windows and firefighters had to tear out parts of the walls and ceiling of the home to extinguish the blaze. Safe to say there is a lot of work to be done to this house before it's in a livable condition.
