Most of us struggle with sleeping the right amount of hours every night. New research has found there's a really simple and easy trick to a better night's sleep.
All you have to do is not check the time on your phone when you wake up in the middle of the night. Once you notice the time, the anxiety starts. So the best thing to do is avoid the time. If you do notice the time in the middle of the night then researchers suggest you give yourself 20 minutes to fall asleep. If that doesn't work then you should do a relaxing activity in as dim light as possible until you're ready to fall back asleep.
Seems pretty promising, especially for someone like me who wakes up at least twice every single night.
