President Biden has announced that they will be extending the student loan repayment pause.
Borrowers won't have to pay their federal loans until at least September.
This is the sixth prolongment of the pause. Almost all borrowers have used the pause with only 1-percent continuing their payments.
The Biden administration is still looking into the cancellation of debt. No word on the amount, when/if it will happen, or really any other details. They did say that they don't want to turn payments back on without a confirmed decision for a strategy on student debt.
