Jamie Lee Curtis Contacted Disney About A 'Freaky Friday' Sequel

Jamie Lee Curtis is currently doing a press tour to promote her latest "Halloween" movie and leaked that she has written to Disney about making a "Freaky Friday" sequel.

“I’ve already written to Disney — my friends at Disney, I’m in their new ‘Haunted Mansion’ movie,” the actress said during a stop on “The View” on Monday. “I’m 64 years old today — not today, soon, in a month or whatever. My point is I’m wide open, creatively I am wide open”

She's got a whole premise ready for the sequel, acknowledging that she would have to play a grandma at this point. "I mean, I gotta be a grandma," said Curtis. "And just watching Lindsay try to be a grandma makes me laugh, and then me being a grandma trying to take care of toddlers makes me laugh, so, I’m assuming it’ll be something, or it won’t be anything, we don’t even know yet."

"Let me be the old grandma who switches places," she continued. "So then Lindsay [Lohan] gets to be the sexy grandma, who is still happy with Mark Harmon in all the ways you would be happy with Mark Harmon. And simply, I would like to see Lindsay be the hot grandma, and I would like to see me try to deal with toddlers today. I wanna be a helicopter parent in today’s world, as an old lady.”

The two still keep in touch to this day, though Curtis hasn't mentioned her ideas about a sequel to Lohan just yet.
