Over the last few years, Demi Lovato has been very open about her past experiences with depression, Bipolar Disorder, and addiction. And now, she's becoming even more of an advocate for mental health by offering counseling to her fans on her upcoming tour!
Demi has partnered up with CAST Centers, a mental health and wellness center, to provide FREE counseling to her fans! Yes...FREE!
While speaking with Good Morning America, Demi said "I just know how important it is to use my platform to help others and to share my story in hopes that it inspires people to either get into recovery or better themselves".
CAST Centers will offer free "therapy sessions" with various speakers before each show on the tour. Demi will also partner with a mental health charity in each city she visits. At some point during her performance, she will do "something" to support the charity, with all the money going to the specific charity!
