Being 28 years old is hard. Work is stressful, relationships are stressful, and sometimes you just want to take a break and be a kid for a few hours. That's exactly where Altitude Trampoline Park comes in!
When my friends texted me and asked if I'd want to go to the park, I thought it'd be weird. I mean, we're adults. We're really going to go hang out with a bunch of kids on a trampoline? I had no idea what I was in for! It was the most fun I've had in so long!
The indoor park, located just outside Nashville, features entertainment for all ages. Yes, even adults. So what's included? A 6-lane ninja course that makes you feel like you're on American Ninja Warrior, a trapeze bar, extreme dodgeball, trampoline basketball, monkey bars, a foam bit, and so much more!!
The biggest thing I learned while at the park is that I am a scaredy-cat and I have zero athletic ability. Every time I took a jump, I was terrified. Meanwhile, there were kids doing backflips all around me like it's nothin'!
Now, I will say..the downside of going to a trampoline park when you're not 6 years old is that your ENTIRE. BODY. hurts the next day. To be honest, I don't understand how trampoline parks aren't the new fad workout like goat yoga and cycling! I'm pretty sure I got a week's worth of a workout!
So, whether you're taking the kids, or just want to take some time to be a kid yourself, I highly recommend visiting Altitude! They offer all sorts of specialty days and prices including 6 and under passes, family nights, toddler time, a home school special, and more!
