Several months ago, we learned that a 100,000 square foot, multi-level, food hall was coming to Broadway. Since then, we've learned that the Assembly Food Hall, located at 5th & Broadway, will include some of our favorite Nashville restaurants - Prince's Hot Chicken, The Pharmacy Burger, Edley's BBQ, Desano Pizza, and so much more!
This week, we learned that four more restaurants were being added to the list! Thai Esane will serve up their popular Thai dishes, while Steam Boys has you covered with bao buns, dumplings, and noodles.
Smokin Chickin Rotisserie & Grill, based in Clarksville will open up their third location within the Assembly Food Hall and The Liege Waffle Co. will serve up their brioche-style dough waffles!
Sadly, we'll have to wait several more months before checking out the food hall as its expected to open in late 2020. The European-style dining and entertainment experience will feature 20+ local and regional food vendors as well as full-service restaurants and a huge rooftop venue!
More restaurants are expected to be announced as the project continues to get closer and closer to opening.
