SNL's Kate McKinnon will be taking on the role of Ms. Frizzle in Netflix's reboot of your favorite childhood TV series, Magic School Bus.
TV Guide reports that the remake will be titled Magic School Bus Rides Again.
Guys Magic School Bus is being revived and I'm losing my shit— Anna Akana (@AnnaAkana) February 9, 2017
In the '90s series, the eccentric third-grade teacher was voiced by icon Lily Tomlin, who could come back with other original cast members to take on new roles within the series.
[At least, that's what voice actor Stu Stone (who played Ralphie) told TMZ.]
The definite release date for Magic School Bus Rides Again hasn't been announced yet, but the series was initially announced in 2014 -- so it's been in development for some time.
