Oh, Adele. This is one of the many reasons why we love you.
The songstress had quite the eventful evening Sunday night, taking home five awards and performing twice at the 59th annual Grammy Awards.
After beating out the other nominees (including Beyonce!!!) for Album of the Year, Adele broke her Grammy in half while on stage, and appeared to to give a piece to Queen B.
[the jury is still out on whether or not Adele broke the award on purpose.]
"I can't possibly accept this award," she said. "The Lemonade album was just so monumental, Beyoncรฉ. It was so monumental and well thought-out and beautiful and soul-bearing... we appreciate that. All of us artists here adore you. You are our light."
