Less than a year after introducing Stories, Instagram has [finally] added face filters to its list of features.
"Today, we're introducing face filters in the camera, an easy way to turn an ordinary selfie into something fun and entertaining," their press release reads. "Whether you're sitting on the couch at home or out and about, face filters help you express yourself and have playful conversations with friends."
[the one below is the best one IMO, and its very similar to Snapchat's own gold leafy thing.]
To use Insta's new face filters, make sure you have the latest version of the App.
Then open the camera and select the little face that should have appeared in the bottom right hand corner. The filters work for photos, videos, Boomerangs, and even the new "rewinds."
