Oprah & Women Behind 'Time's Up' Discuss 'Reconciliation' for Perpetrators

Just one week after giving a Golden Globe's acceptance speech that had the world crying 'Winfrey 2020,' Oprah sat down with some of the women behind Time's Up to discuss what's next for the movement.

[Time's Up has raised $16 million for a legal defense fund for victims of harassment, and feels a responsibility to help women combat it in every industry -- not just entertainment.]

The panel even took time to talk about what's next for the perpetrators of harassment.

"I think there’s a lot of room for reconciliation. I think there’s—there’s a time to approach people and tell the truth and have them listen thoughtfully and meaningfully and apologize sincerely," Reese Witherspoon said.
