Time to literally wear your mood on your sleeve, Nashville! Insight Counseling Centers has placed 9 temporary, interactive mood walls around the city for Mental Health Awareness Month.
The walls feature buttons that represent 20 different emotions. Basically, you just grab whatever button fits your current emotional state and slap that sucker on. [Easy, right?!]
Taylor Cochran, development director of Insight Counseling Centers, said that the point was to encourage citizens to "have an open and honest conversation about what’s really going on in people’s lives.” Find out more below!
