On Thursday, Kanye West hosted/live-streamed a listening party for his upcoming album, YE -- and it was literal fire. LOL!
You see, Yeezy told his followers that the festivities would start at 7PM MDT, but for over an hour, the only thing they got to see was a crackling campfire & a few horses wandering around. [And the tweets were hilarious, just saying.]
Kanye really got me watching a campfire for 20 minutes— A. (@FonzyPaniagua) June 1, 2018

Anyway, when Kanye finally DID play the actual album, the reaction was largely positive.
Honest to God, this Kanye West album is one of the best musical works I've ever heard in my 21 years on Earth. I can't believe what I am hearing rn.— sulama traoré (@sulamatraore) June 1, 2018
Forget the stupid antics he gets himself into, the man is a fucking genius. I don't know how many times he has to prove that. #Ye
This album is already a piece of art.. Kanye always finds a way to outdo himself when you think there is nothing left to do. Always. #YE— Kanye West Rhymes (@KanyeWestRhymes) June 1, 2018
#YE is nuts. Kanye's happiest, most hopeful...and PRETTIEST album by a fucking mile. Rich, melodic production that's confidently sparse when it needs to be and goes widescreen when called for. Few brush strokes, but they're big, and bright, and have a million colors in them.— sean boulger (@idiots_delight) June 1, 2018
Well, Kanye West is back. Wyoming, it’s been real. pic.twitter.com/2Fj42bCJPE— Dylan Farella (@dfarella) June 1, 2018
