Pete Davidson is defending Ariana Grande after someone shared their disdain for the way she has chosen to honor his late father, a New York firefighter who died in the 9/11 terrorist attack on the World Trade Centers.
Pete shared an Instagram photo of Ariana wearing Scott Davidson's FDNY badge, to which a critic commented: "No girl should ever wear your dad’s chain. So disrespectful."
The Future-Mister-Ariana-Grande was having none of it, though.
"For ur information that’s not just some girl, that’s my fiancé," he wrote back. "She’s the greatest person I know. I gave it to her because she has my heart and that is the most precious thing I own. My dad would be so happy and love her so much."
