Actress Who Originally Voiced 'Kim Possible' Signs on to Live-Action Remake

If you weren't very enthusiastic about the live-action remake of Disney's iconic Kim Possible, this might put a little pep in your step.

It turns out that Christy Carlson Romano, the actress who originally voiced the animated character, has signed on to the project!

I can’t say too much about my involvement yet, but I’m very excited to help usher in the strong, empowered female character I helped bring to life, to a new generation,” Romano exclusively told PEOPLE. “And I’m equally thrilled to see what the original fans think!”

Also, you should probably know that the first teaser for the reboot -- featuring Sadie Stanley [who will play the title role] -- has been released.
