Hilary Duff, AKA ~*Lizzie McGuire*~, has just announced the birth of her second child.
"She joined our world at home on Thursday afternoon and is absolute magic," Duff said in an Instagram post.
The tiny bundle of a joy is a beautiful baby girl, adorably named Banks Violet Blair. Banks is Hilary's first child with boyfriend Matthew Koma. [She also has a 6 year old son, Luca, with ex-husband Mike Comrie.]
