A 56 year old man who escaped Borderline Bar & Grill when a mass shooter opened fire Wednesday night has made an emotional apology to the 11 patrons who lost their lives.
The western-themed bar was hosting a college night -- so while victims have yet to be identified, it is believed that many of them were likely teenagers.
"I should have stayed. ... I'm 55. They're young. I should've stayed until he changed his clip. ... I'm so sorry. ... It still feels like I didn't do what I should've done," said Tim Dominguez.
