Doug the Pug's Mom Leslie Mosier Just Released A Song About Endometriosis

Chances are, you are both familiar and *in love with* internet sensation Doug the Pug -- but do you know his human, Leslie Mosier?

Leslie is a friend of The River and a music city local -- and she just released a pretty amazing song called 'Get Better' about her struggle with endometriosis. [The timing couldn't be more perfect, tbh, as March is Endometriosis Awareness Month.]

"…no song has ever come so easily or felt so important to me," Mosier said in an Instagram post about the track. "This is the most vulnerable I have ever been. I am out of my comfort zone, but I am empowered knowing maybe some of these words can help someone going through their chronic illness."

Doug's mama even plans to donate proceeds from the song to two of her favorite foundations for Endometriosis.

"I am incredibly blessed in the fact that my journey with this disease, while it’s been rough, has been doable thanks to great doctors, support and being able to afford unconventional treatments. Anyone with endometriosis can tell you how expensive it all ends up being and I want to help people fight in any way I can," she wrote. [We stan a generous queen.]

You can check out 'Get Better' below! It honestly gives me major Lana Del Ray vibes, and I'm totally here for it.
