When they're not accepting People's Choice Awards and hanging out with your favorite celebrities, the world's most famous furry influencer Doug the Pug and his "momager" Leslie Mosier are usually figuring out ways to give back. In the wake of the horrific bushfires that have devastated the continent, their latest endeavor is to raise money for Australia.
In addition to making a personal contribution to the Irwin family's Wildlife Warriors organization, Leslie & her husband Rob [Doug's dad, omg] have penned a song called Where Did The Love Go? -- and all proceeds raised from sales will be donated to the cause, as well.
The track won't be available until midnight tonight -- so we were pretty honored to have Where Did The Love Go? premiere live right here in Nashville with the Woody & Jim show this morning.
"In today's age, we can all relate to that horrible feeling of waking up and seeing something gut-wrenching in the news...When we heard about the wildfires in Australia, it especially hit home seeing how many animals were hurt or killed. Music was the only outlet that gave us the opportunity to create something beautiful out of sadness," Leslie told me.
