Important Information for Voters Affected by Nashville Tornadoes

As the sun rises over Tennessee on Super Tuesday, Nashville and the surrounding areas are still trying to process the devastation left by a tornado outbreak just hours ago. Authorities have confirmed at least 9 deaths so far.

If you're wondering how local voters will be affected, here's what you need to know.

  1. Polls will open at 8am [one hour later than usual] and close at 7pm.
  2. Some polling locations have been changed [check below]. It's also being reported that if people are having trouble making it to their assigned polling place, they can go to the election commission office at 1417 Murfreesboro Pike or the Howard Office Building at 700 Second Ave. S.
