That said, she just shared a photo of herself on Instagram that's got everyone talking about how different she looks. [And she still looks amazing, but the weight loss we've been hearing so much about over the last year is more noticeable than ever.]

Adele has been relatively quiet since news of her divorce from Simon Konecki, so it's nice to see her looking so happy! Health & happiness are really all that matter -- not the size of your jeans or the number on a scale.
