Parents rejoice! You may be trying different activities with your children during this time of social distancing and isolation. But don't worry it looks as if some of the school teachers have your back. Hixson Elementary Coach, Aaron Wood took the initiative to create a Youtube video for students and parents to make sure they get their daily P.E. in.
Although the video isn't 60 minutes as, the US Department of Agriculture recommends, Coach Wood provides instruction to continue and make sure they are doing a lsome movement during this time. Hamilton County Schools announced Monday that schools would remain closed through April 13. So this time is very important as it may be some time before students are back in school.
